Should we start with an MVP?
Usually, yes. We help you pick the smallest version people will pay for, launch it, and then grow it. Because we build accounts and billing properly from the start, the MVP doesn't need to be thrown away later. See our MVP development page for more.
Can you handle trials, coupons and VAT?
Yes. We use Stripe Billing for plans, free trials, coupons, seat-based and usage-based pricing, UK VAT and failed-payment emails, and connect it all to your app so access updates automatically.
How do you keep each customer's data separate?
Every customer workspace is separated at the database level, with role-based access inside each one. We also add audit logs and admin tools so you can support customers without touching their data directly.
How much does it cost to build a SaaS?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 15-minute call. We usually split a SaaS build into milestones, so you can launch a first version, learn from real users and decide what to build next.
How long does it take?
A focused first version with accounts, billing and the core feature usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. You get a working preview every week, so you can show it to early users while we build.
Who owns the code and the product?
You do, fully. The code, the database, the Stripe account and the hosting all sit in accounts you own. We offer ongoing development and support if you want it, but there is no lock-in.
