01Sound familiar?

Your inbox is the portal.

If customers have to email you to find out anything, your team spends its day answering the same five questions.

Problem 01

"Where's my order?" all day

Order updates, invoice copies and price questions arrive by email and phone, and someone has to look each one up.

Problem 02

Invoices get chased by hand

Without a place to see and pay invoices, payment depends on someone remembering to send a reminder.

Problem 03

Documents live in old emails

Contracts, spec sheets and certificates get sent once, then lost, then requested again and again.

Problem 04

Reorders need a phone call

Your best customers order the same things every week, and still have to call or email to do it.

A portal your customers can use on their own fixes all four. Usually live in 4 to 8 weeks.

02What we build

Everything your customers keep asking you for.

We start with the questions your team answers most often, then give customers a simple place to answer them on their own.

TRACKINGLive

Order and job tracking

Customers see exactly where their order, project or case is, with updates sent automatically at each step.

INVOICESPay online

Invoices and payments

Every invoice in one place, synced from Xero or QuickBooks, with card and bank payments that mark themselves as paid.

REORDERINGTwo taps

Self-serve ordering

Customers reorder their usual in two taps, with their own prices, delivery days and cut-off times built in.

DOCUMENTSAlways current

Documents and files

Contracts, certificates, spec sheets and reports, always the latest version, with a record of who downloaded what.

MESSAGESIn one thread

Messages and requests

Questions and change requests live next to the order they relate to, not buried in someone's inbox.

LOGINSPer customer

Logins for each customer team

Each customer only sees their own data, and can add their own team with the right permissions. No shared passwords.

03How it works

No mystery. Just four clear steps.

You always know what's being built, what it costs and when it ships. That's the whole point.

STEP 0115 min

A quick, free call

Tell us what's not working. We ask a few questions and tell you honestly if we're the right fit.

STEP 0248 hours

A fixed quote and plan

A clear scope, timeline and price, split into milestones. You only pay as each one is delivered.

STEP 03Weekly

Build, with weekly previews

A working link every week so you can click through, comment and steer. No big reveal at the end.

STEP 04Launch

Launch, handover, support

We launch it, show your team how it works and hand over everything. Ongoing support if you want it.

05Questions

Portal questions.

What people usually ask before we build a portal for their customers.

Still unsure?Email support@qoreonlabs.com
Can it connect to our accounting or order system?
Usually, yes. We connect to tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Shopify, HubSpot and most systems with an API, so orders and invoices appear in the portal without anyone retyping them.
Will our customers actually log in?
They will if it saves them time. We keep sign-in simple, often with a one-click email link instead of a password, and we make the first screen answer the question they usually email you about.
Can each customer only see their own data?
Yes. Every customer account is kept separate, and inside each account you can give people different roles, such as an owner, a buyer with a spending limit or a read-only viewer.
How much does a customer portal cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 15-minute call. Cost depends mostly on how many systems we connect to and how many features customers need on day one.
How long does it take?
Most customer portals take 4 to 8 weeks. We often launch with a small group of friendly customers first, then roll it out to everyone once the feedback is in.
Can it use our brand and our own web address?
Yes. The portal uses your logo, colours and a web address like portal.yourcompany.com, so customers see it as part of your business, not a third-party tool.
