From idea to an app in people's hands, fast.

We help founders and teams turn an idea into a focused first version: an iPhone app, a web app, or both, with sign-up, payments and the analytics you need to learn what works. Small scope, real users, weekly previews.

01Sound familiar?

Most first versions never ship.

Not because the idea is bad, but because the scope keeps growing, the budget runs out or the build stalls halfway.

Problem 01

The scope keeps growing

Every week adds another must-have, and the launch date drifts further away.

Problem 02

Quotes that don't fit the stage

Big agencies price an MVP like a finished product, with a timeline that outlasts your runway.

Problem 03

The prototype hit its limits

No-code tools are great for testing. Then real users arrive and the workarounds start to show.

Problem 04

Building what nobody asked for

Without analytics and feedback from real users, the roadmap is a list of guesses.

A focused MVP, shipped and measured, fixes all four. Usually in 3 to 8 weeks.

02What we build

Just enough product to learn what works.

We help you cut the scope to the version people will actually use, then build it properly so it can grow.

iOS APPSwiftUI

A native iPhone app

Built in Swift and SwiftUI for a fast, polished feel, or React Native when you need iPhone and Android from day one.

WEB DASHBOARDAdmin

A web app and admin

A web version or admin dashboard to manage users, content and data, so you are never editing the database by hand.

WAITLISTLanding page

Landing page and waitlist

A simple site that explains the product and collects a waitlist, so you launch to people who already asked for it.

FEEDBACKBuilt in

Analytics and feedback

Product analytics and in-app feedback from day one, so the next version is based on what people do, not guesses.

PAYMENTSApp Store · Stripe

Subscriptions and payments

In-app subscriptions through the App Store, or Stripe on the web, with free trials and plans you can change later.

LAUNCHApp Store

Launch and App Store submission

We handle TestFlight, App Store review and the release itself, and stay on for the fixes that follow every launch.

03How it works

No mystery. Just four clear steps.

You always know what's being built, what it costs and when it ships. That's the whole point.

STEP 0115 min

A quick, free call

Tell us what's not working. We ask a few questions and tell you honestly if we're the right fit.

STEP 0248 hours

A fixed quote and plan

A clear scope, timeline and price, split into milestones. You only pay as each one is delivered.

STEP 03Weekly

Build, with weekly previews

A working link every week so you can click through, comment and steer. No big reveal at the end.

STEP 04Launch

Launch, handover, support

We launch it, show your team how it works and hand over everything. Ongoing support if you want it.

05Questions

MVP questions.

What founders usually ask before we start an MVP.

Still unsure?Email support@qoreonlabs.com
What should be in our MVP?
Only what's needed to test your biggest assumption with real users. On the first call we help you sort the feature list into now, next and later. Most ideas need far less than people expect to get a meaningful answer.
iPhone, Android or web?
It depends where your users are. We often start with iPhone in SwiftUI or a web app, because that is the fastest way to learn. If you need iPhone and Android from day one, we build both at once with React Native.
How much does an MVP cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free 15-minute call, so you know the full price before anything starts. Keeping the scope tight is the best way to keep the cost down, and we will help you do that.
How long does it take?
Most MVPs take 3 to 8 weeks to a first version real users can try. You get a working build every week, on TestFlight for apps or a preview link for web, so you can show it to people as it grows.
Can you help with App Store submission?
Yes. We set up App Store Connect, TestFlight and the store listing, handle the review process and fix anything Apple flags. Your app is published under your own developer account.
What happens after the MVP?
You own the code and every account. If it works, we can keep building with you, or hand it over to your own team. Because we build the foundations properly, version two builds on version one instead of starting again.
