Which AI models do you use?
We pick the right model for the job, usually from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Google, and sometimes open models you can host yourself. We build it so the model can be swapped later without rebuilding the feature.
How do you stop it making things up?
We ground every answer in your own data and show the source, test it against real questions before launch, and set it to hand over to a person when it is not confident. It only says what it can back up.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. We use providers' business APIs, which do not train on your data, and we only send the information needed to answer each question. Each customer's data stays separate, and nothing is shared between accounts.
How much does it cost to build and run?
Every project gets a fixed build quote after a free 15-minute call. Running costs depend on usage and are usually small, often fractions of a penny per answer, and we add limits and reporting so you always know the bill.
How long does it take?
A focused first AI feature usually takes 4 to 8 weeks, including a test set built from your real questions. We often pilot it with your own team or a small group of customers first.
Can you test it for security issues?
Yes. Before launch we can run it through RedShield, our sister platform, which checks AI features for prompt injection, data leaks and unsafe answers, then tells you exactly what to fix.
