Which tools can it work with?
Most of the ones you already use: website forms, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Calendar, booking systems and Slack. If a tool has an API or sends email, we can usually connect it.
Will it sound like a robot?
No. We write the AI's instructions from your real replies, prices and policies, and test it on past enquiries until it sounds like your team. You approve the tone before anything goes live.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It only answers from information you've given it, and it hands over to a person whenever a question is unusual, sensitive or a complaint. Every conversation is logged, so you can check and correct it.
